Hiring wedding vendors can be a big decision and one that shouldn’t be taken lightly.
If there is one thing I have learned after shooting 50+ weddings, it is that knowing you can rely on your vendors to be fully prepared for any occasion is what will guarantee you a relaxing wedding day.
Your wedding day shouldn’t be spent frantically running around, putting out fires, or worrying about being behind on your timeline. Instead, it should be spent basking in each moment. From champaign toasts while getting ready, feeling the happy nerves of your first look, feeling a gush of tears while walking down the aisle, and dancing your botty off on the dance floor - Your wedding day is meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience where YOU get to have a team of people there to support you.
My job is to be there to capture each moment of that experience as it unfolds. My brides always say that I am the perfect mix of calm and hype on their day in order to make them feel relaxed and taken care of no matter what is thrown their way!

The Process:
1. Lets Be Friends!
I only take on a limited number of brides every year in order to personally connect with them and serve them best! Your wedding photos should be an extension of your personality. I serve a specific type of bride that wants joyful, genuine, and timeless portraits for her wedding! She needs more than someone who shows up with fancy equipment, she needs a friend and a memorable experience! After chatting online and realizing we are a perfect match then we move on to the booking process!

2. Making It Official
When you're ready to make it official, we can set up a meeting and go over your package and any questions you might have. Then I will send you over an online contract and retainer that you can fill out online. Once those two things are received, you're officially a Morgan Hope Bride! This is where the fun begins! I'll send you a custom bridal guide so you know exactly how things work and what to expect moving forward. Then we can pick a date and start to plan for your engagement session!

3. Engagement Session
This is where we really get to know each other better! The bridal guide will give you inspiration for outfits, locations, and more! You can get familiar with how I work and it's also your chance to basically practice posing for your wedding portraits! By the time the wedding day rolls around, my couples are SO natural and relaxed in front of the camera because they know what to expect! After your session you will receive a link to an online gallery where you can print, share, and download your photos!

4. Timeline Creation
As your wedding day gets closer, I will send you over a detailed questionnaire that you can fill out online so we can finalize all the details. I will also create a custom timeline for you so your day can run as smoothly as possible. We can collaborate to make sure your day is perfectly planned so you can relax and have magical images!

5. Your Wedding Day!
The big day is finally here! It will seem like a blur just because of how fast it goes by... but that's why you have me! I'll be there capturing every detail and every moment so you can look back and remember everything! From traditional portraits to magazine worthy shots... I can guarantee you'll have a huge gallery afterwards. I'll send you a link to your online gallery around two-three months after your wedding date.

6. Album Design
After you receive your gallery link and take some time to go through it... this is when you and your new husband will sit down and "favorite" all the photos you want included in your album. Then I will design a unique wedding album for you and ship it directly to your house! Seeing your wedding photos printed in a book format is SO much better than viewing them through your phone.

Proposals are custom tailored for every client because each client has different needs. Our starting minimum is 6500. Please inquire for more information.

Once you are officially booked, we can start planning your engagement session! I'll help you decide on a location and time, and then send you over a detailed guide that will help you figure out what to wear, and go over everything you need to know before! Your session doesn't have to happen right away either! If you want pictures taken during a specific time of year, then we can plan for that as well!
Also the engagement session is included in our packages, and is our gift to you! It makes a huge difference in how your wedding day flows. It's the secret sauce to making sure you love your overall experience! Since this is gifted to every couple, it cannot be swapped or exchanged with anything else.

I limit myself to only 10-15 weddings max per year. In order to make sure each of my couples get my full attention, enthusiasm, and care, I do not book any more than that. This way each of my couples receive the full experience they invested in.

I work CRAZY hard to make sure you can view some of your images before your honeymoon! I always send a sneak peek a couple days after the wedding, and after that I can guarantee your images will be delivered to you within the next two months! I definitely won't make you wait 6 months or more like other photographers!
3. How long does it take to get my photos back?

I'm going to be honest and say I hear this about 80% of the time and it's COMPLETELY normal! No one is expecting you to be models. I teach my couples absolutely everything they need to know so they look super natural in their photos. I always say if it feels awkward it looks great. I can personally guarantee you're gonna love the way you look!

Eight hours is normally all the coverage time you need for a wedding day! This is great for brides who are getting married in one location. If you are planning on having your wedding in multiple locations, you can always add on extra time later!

I normally book a year in advance, and in order to give all my couples the best Morgan Hope Experience possible, I only accept a limited number of brides each year.

I totally get it! Rain on a wedding day is definitely not ideal and not everyone's first choice.
Living in New England means I have LOTS of practice photographing in the rain! We can pick locations that will keep you dry and we can still take photos outside if it's not down-pouring haha! All you need is a good attitude, and to trust me! I got you girl!

Yes I do! Booking a handful of vendors at once can be a lot, so I am more than happy to offer payment plans to make it easier!
I can break up your investment into four even payments, and spread them out so that everything is completed before the big day! We can discuss this on your planning call to make sure it suits your needs!
