It seems like just yesterday we were running around downtown Exeter for Kelsey and Chris’ engagement session, and now their big day finally came!
Even though it was the beginning of July, it was a cold one! It only ended up getting to a high of 60 degrees, and I had to wear a sweater! I also had been checking the weather ALL day praying that the rain would hold off for portraits and THANK GOODNESS it did! Even though it sprinkled here and there, it didn’t downpour!
After the ceremony was over, I noticed it wasn’t raining so we rushed outside to grab some portraits. It had poured the previous day, and that morning, so everything was still soaked. The ground was so wet that my shoes started sinking into the grass. I looked at Kelsey and said we could find another spot where it was a bit drier, and she literally said to me, “No that’s okay! I don’t care! Wherever you want to go is fine with me! I trust you!” Can I have bride’s like this every weekend please?! My clients are seriously the best! I’m so glad she trusted me because we got all these AMAZING photos of them!
I honestly love Kelsey and Chris so much, and have SO many great things to say about them. But my favorite part was that their photography was truly so important to them. They valued it so much that they both were willing to do whatever it took to get those magazine worthy pictures and it shows!
Kelsey and Chris, thank you so so much for trusting me to capture this special season of your life!
Enjoy this visual story of your amazing day!
