Jessica and Matt | Engaged

August 12, 2021

Post Date:

It feels like I had been waiting forever to finally meet Jessica and Matt for their engagement session. These two were a bucket of fun to work with and I kept WAY too many laughing pictures. Sometimes when I tell people to laugh at the camera, people get very shy about it… but I didn’t even have to tell Jess and Matt to laugh! They did it naturally and those are easily my favorites from the entire session!

Jess first reached out all the way back in October of 2020! She told me she was a hairstylist, and I’ve been a huge fan of her account ever since! She is the queen of Instagram reels, and before watching her hair curling tutorial, I couldn’t do my own hair to save my life! You definitely need to go give her a follow!

We ran around Odiorne Point State Park which is one of my all-time favorite locations to shoot at. The amount of variety you can get here is insane! We got pictures that look like they’re straight out of the Jungle Book, and also photos that give off that New England beachy feel. Not only that, but we kept joking about all the woodland creatures that kept showing up during their shoot. We saw at least 3 or 4 groundhogs and a couple bunnies as well!

I honestly cannot wait to hang out with these two again! Their wedding portraits are going to be SO dreamy and easy! Jess and Matt, you two seriously ROCK! Thank you for being such awesome people haha! Enjoy reliving your engagement session!

Thanks for Reading!

While I could talk for hours about how much I love capturing perfect moments for my couples that I know will instantly be a favorite, the truth is that photography is just the outlet that lets me do what I truly love—serving my clients!

I specialize in creating an atmosphere that allows my clients to feel relaxed, at ease, and truly in the moment when they are getting their photos taken. This isn’t about me or creating moments just for good photos; I ensure all of my client's images are truly aligned with who they are at their core and the way they dream of their day playing out.
