There are few places that feel as effortlessly romantic as Lake Winnipesaukee—and lucky me, I got to spend the evening with Kelsey and Marc soaking in every bit of that gorgeous glow for their engagement session!

We met up at Kelsey’s childhood home (cue all the nostalgic feelings), which sits in the same neighborhood she grew up in. How sweet is that?! There was something so special about capturing this season of life in a place that already holds so many memories for her—and now, new ones with Marc.

The light that evening? Pure magic. Like, the kind of glow that makes every photo look straight out of a romance movie. We wandered along the water’s edge, laughed way too much, and took full advantage of the dreamy lake vibes that never, ever disappoint. I say it every time I shoot here, but I swear—this lake just knows how to show off. She’s beauty, she’s grace, she’s everything.

Honestly, the session flew by in the blink of an eye (a sure sign of a good time), but the best part? I get to hang with these two again so soon for their August wedding! It’s coming up quickly and if this session was any preview of the energy, joy, and love that day will bring… I’m in for a very good time.
