THEY’RE ENGAGED!!!!!
Recently, I had the incredible honor of being able not only to witness, but capture a truly extraordinary moment—the proposal of Emily and Fran at the picturesque Seabrook Beach. This special occasion held immense significance for me, as I had the privilege of growing up alongside Emily’s family since elementary school. I’ve known them for years and years so when Fran reached out to me to photograph the big occasion, I was not only super excited, but so honored I got to be apart of this!!!
Today, I am thrilled to share the story of their breathtaking seaside proposal.
Seabrook Beach, with its gorgeous private shoreline and pristine blue waters, provided the most amazing backdrop for this heartfelt occasion. As the sun began to go down, casting the most amazing heavenly light, I saw Emily and Fran walking towards me hand in hand. (We met up earlier and had everything planned out perfectly!)
I sat near the beach grass with my super long lens and my trusty Bruins bucket hat so I could be as discreet as I possibly could. My sister also came along with me and tried to shield my huge camera bag as much as she could. Honestly, this was a huge help because both of them said they didn’t see us at all!
As Fran dropped to one knee, I saw Emily throw her head back in pure joy and excitement! The raw emotion from one of the biggest moments in anyone’s life seemed to flood throughout the beach. It was seriously the best thing ever! Proposals are right up there with first looks for me. I could photograph them all day long!
Everything aligned so flawlessly as well. Fran and I had met up earlier that week and made a detailed game plan so we knew exactly how to make this as magical as we could!
Emily and Frans’ proposal at Seabrook Beach was so unbelievably special.
As a witness and a documenter of this unforgettable moment, I feel honored to have played a small part in their story.
I am beyond happy for these two!
